Dip-Schalter 1 Echo
Steht der Dip-Schalter 1 auf „on",
wird ein Echo erzeugt. Jedes gesendete
Zeichen wird dabei automatisch als Echo
wieder empfangen. Einige Protokolle
prüfen damit, ob die Daten korrekt
gesendet wurden.
Auslieferungszustand: „ohne Echo".
Dip-Schalter 2-4 Endwiderstände
Bei einem RS-485 Bus erfolgt im
Allgemeinen eine Terminierung an
beiden Busenden. Wenn das Gerät am
Ende eines RS-485-Bus eingesetzt
wird, sollte Dip 2-4 auf „on" stehen.
(Abschlusswiderstände zugeschaltet)
Auslieferungszustand: „Echo aus"
Werte der Widerstände:
Dip 2: Bus A -> 390 Ohm -> +5V
Dip 3: Bus A -> 220 Ohm -> Bus B
Dip 4: Bus B -> 390 Ohm -> GND
Auslieferungszustand:
„mit Abschlusswiderständen".
Dip-switch 1 echo
If dip-switch 1 is set to "on", an echo is
generated. Each sent character is
automatically received as an echo.
Some protocols use it to check
whether the data was sent correctly.
state of delivery: "without echo".
Dip-switch 2-4 termination resistors
In the case of an RS-485 bus,
termination generally takes place at
both bus ends. If the device is used at
the end of an RS-485 bus, Dip 2-4
should be set to "on". (Terminating
resistors switched on)
state of delivery: „Echo off"
Resistors:
Dip 2: Bus A -> 390 Ohm -> +5V
Dip 3: Bus A -> 220 Ohm -> Bus B
Dip 4: Bus B -> 390 Ohm -> GND
state of delivery:
„Resistors connected".
