WARRANTY

1. InEar GmbH & Co. grants a warranty of 24 months on the workm-
anship of the earphone systems from date of purchase. This warranty
is non-transferrable and is limited to the original purchaser.
2. To obtain warranty support, a copy of the proof of purchase, custo-
mer's contact information and a precise description of the defect are
required.
3. This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from
abuse, misapplication, modification or disassembly, accident, impro-
per operation or maintenance, wear and tear, as well as mechanical
overload and/or earphone housings, or overload of the loudspeakers
caused by an improper audio source or continuous overload, incorrect
cleaning.
4. InEar shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidential or con-
sequential damages whatsoever. Any repairs or replacements under
warranty do not extend the original guarantee period.
5. The warranty expires when any person who is not authorized by
InEar executes repairs and/or changes on the earphone or earphone
parts.
6. The warranty shall also not apply should a defect not have been
immediately reported to InEar.
3 year fit warranty
The ears are subject to constant anatomical changes. In order to gu-
arantee the best possible function of the earphones, you must have
your earphones checked for accuracy of fit at regular intervals.
Nonetheless, even with the use of most modern production technolo-
gy and optimal anatomical requirements, the earphone might not fit
properly contrary to expectation.
In order to guarantee a comfortable and tight fit of the earphones,
InEar GmbH & Co. KG grants you a 3 year fit warranty. In case of chan-
