You can insert the earphones quickly and correctly in front of a
mirror.
To insert the earphones into your ears, proceed as follows:
Hold the earphone (1) with your thumb and forefinger according

to the graphic below.
Insert the auditory canal (2) into the ear canal.

Apply light pressure and twist the earphone (1) towards the back

until the earphone sits completely in the auricle.
Insert the other earphone according to the description above.

You can check the correct position of your earphones in front of a
mirror. With an optimal position in the ear, an almost complete sound
isolation of up to 34 dbA can be achieved.
