This section must be completed and provided together with the original purchase receipt in the event of repairs being necessary.
Warranty conditions
TradeCare, importer of cycles and fi tness equipment, guarantees that the product under warranty
meets the standard requirements for soundness, usefulness and all existing safety requirements. However ,
should the equipment malfunction despite normal use and maintenance, within the warranty periods
given below, any defects will be assessed by TradeCare and rectified at no further cost.
This exclusive product is covered by a 2 year warranty, which does not cover any parts subject to wear.
The warranty becomes invalid if the product is not correctly installed, has been damaged due to incorrect
transport or has been used professionally. The warranty also does not include any added components and
equipment (not being part of the standard delivery ex works). The frame and front fork of the cycles are
covered by a warranty of 8 years, including the standard warranty period, for manufacturing faults. The
warranty comes into force on the date of purchase.
Repairs not covered by the warranty will be delivered COD at set prices for labour hours and call out
charges.
