No picture or sound.

DTT channels or the

Possible causes
The power cord is not plugged
in.
The power point is
disconnected from the power
supply.
The picture settings are poorly
adjusted.
Sound is off.
The TV is not turned on.
The reception of digital
terrestrial television (DTT)
channels is only possible in the
areas with coverage. Check
the proximity of a transmitter.
Check the quality and strength
of the receiving signal.
Make sure the power cord is
plugged into the wall outlet.
Try plugging the TV into
different power outlets to cross-
check them.
Check the image brightness and
contrast settings.
Make sure that the Mute mode
is not activated
Turn on the TV.
Have your installation checked
by a professional.
