Requirements
If you want to connect a eWON-Router by DSL/LAN via a company LAN at the customers side to the
internet and Talk2M, you need to know several points right before you install your eWON router.

The following factors may
adversely affect connection:
- MAC address filter at
company server; eWON-
MAC address:
00-03-27-xx-xx-xx
- VPN ports are scanned by
a software in company
server
- Set DNS server is not
reachable
- Fixed WAN IP address
has no access to the
internet
- Set policy in the network
causes timeout.
For the T2M test
disable and then
reactivate
