Measures:
1. Check battery voltage, battery contact and correct polarity.
2. Move the clock to another location, e.g. near the window or by turning the watch 90
degrees.
3. Remove the battery and reinsert it after a few minutes.
4. If the transmitter is faulty, wait a few hours and repeat the starting procedure.
