5. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

From time to time, you should vacuum the
seat cover with a soft vacuum cleaner at-
tachment, selecting a medium amount
of suction power.
You should also remove any stains as
quickly as possible. The longer you wait,
the harder it will be to remove them. Avoid
heavy rubbing with aqueous solutions, as
this will roughen the seat cover fabric.
Cautiously dabbing will create better
results. It is best to remove stains like cola,
for example, with commercially avail able
dry foam cleaners or with a mild de tergent.
When removing stains from the seat cover,
refer to the particular cleaning agent's
instructions. After cleaning the cover with
a foam cleaner, it should left to dry for at
least 48 hours.

6. ABOUT THE CASTORS

The RECARO Exo and the RECARO Exo FX
have smooth-running castors that are
particularly suitable for hard flooring, but
can also be used on soft flooring. The
RECARO Exo Platinum features special
castors that are equally suitable for both
hard and soft flooring.
7. INTENDED USE AND
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The seat is intended to be used as seating
furniture only. When using it as such,
observe the following safety precautions:
1. Do not stand or kneel on the seat.
2. When using the seat, occupy the entire
seating surface.
3. The seat is designed to accommodate
only one person.
4. Do not exceed the seat's maximum load
of 150 kg (330 lbs.)
5. The seat is not intended for outdoor use.
6. Do not have others rock the seat while
you are seated in it.
7. Avoid exerting additional pressure on
the backrest.
8. Do not stand, sit or kneel on the arm-
rests.
9. Do not attach additional items from
not-licensed third-party suppliers, such
as a drink holder, a coat hook, or a light
source, to the seat.
10. The cover panel on the backrest is for
maintenance use only. Do not use it as
storage space.
8. WARRANTY AND DIS-
CLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Our warranty is in accordance with
statu tory provisions, i.e. two years from
the date of purchase. Claims may only be
made when accompanied by proof of the
date of purchase. The warranty is limited
to seats that have been used as intended,
that have been treated properly, and that
have been returned in a clean and orderly
condition.
The warranty does not cover natural wear
and tear, or damage caused by excessive
use, or damage caused by unsuitable or
improper use, or by modifications.
