Multi Dicer Plus Pro
GRATING, CUTTING JULI-
ENNE STRIPS OR SLICES
Please Note!
■
Never slice smaller items of food
without the fi nger guard. There is a
danger of cuts!
■
Hold the fi nger guard transversely
to the frame and move it on the
outer edges of the frame (Picture
E). It must not come into contact
with the blades. Otherwise they
or the fi nger guard could be
damaged.
Accessories required:
•
Finger guard (15)
•
Glass collecting container (5)
•
Silicone mat (11)
•
Frame for cutting and grating
inserts (1)
•
As required: Cutting or grating
insert (7, 10 or 8, 12)
1. Wash the food, peel and remove
any cores if necessary.
2. Place the silicone mat under the
glass collecting container.
3. Open up the handle (2) of the
frame.
4. Place the frame on the collecting
container.
5. Attach the insert you want to the
frame for cutting and grating inserts
(see the "Assembling Accessories"
chapter).
6. Use the dial (17) to adjust the
cutting thickness to any setting
between 0.5 and 5 mm. The scale
on the adjustable cutting surface
(16) tells you which cutting thickness
has been set.
7. Skewer the food onto the fi nger
guard.
Larger food items, e.g. cucum-
bers, can initially be chopped
up without the fi nger guard
until it is of an appropriate size
for this.
8. Hold the handle of the frame
securely with one hand and use
your other hand to move the food
back and forth on the insert (Pic-
ture E). As you do this, gradually
push down the grip of the fi nger
guard.
The chopped food drops into the
collecting container.
9. After chopping, press the grip all
the way down to push out the rest
of the food.
CLEANING
AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads
to clean the product. These may
damage the surfaces.
Clean all used accessories after each
use to prevent the formation of germs.
•
Take apart the used accessories
and clean them with detergent and
warm water. Although they can be
cleaned in the dishwasher, frequent
cleaning of the blades in the dish-
washer may impair their sharpness.
It is therefore recommended that
they are rinsed by hand.
•
Remove food residues in the
punch (4) with the cleaning
comb (9).
•
Allow all parts to dry completely or
dry them with a tea towel before
storing them away.
