2.11 DISASSEMBLY OF THE PROTECTIVE CAP FOR THE EYEPIECE

• Please put the protective cap for the objective lens back on.
• In order to protect the cover glass in the bayonet fitting, leave the eyepiece mounted
and protect it by putting on its protective cap or close the bayonet fitting with the cover
provided for this purpose.
• Additional protection with the SOC stay-on case.

The protective cap for the eyepiece is attached to the eyepiece
with a cord. By loosening the screw on the eyepiece with a
screwdriver, you can remove the cord with the cap from the
eyepiece. Please reinsert the screw.
