Torque specification:
The specifications stated below have been uniquely determined for series cabinets with standard paint and for stainless steel and
represent binding values under optimum conditions
(for example straight fitting of thread forming screws)
- Wall fixings
Secure wall fixing brackets (see accessories) to the body: 18 Nm
- Cable board – steel panel only
Secure the cable board(s) according to scope of delivery or their variation (see accessories) to the body: 1.5 Nm – after the screw thread
is completely formed. Exception: cable board with rubber filling 1 Nm - after the screw thread is completely formed.
- Assembly board smooth and edged
Fixing set in the marked back wall (only steel panel cabinets): 11 Nm
Fasten / counter the assembly board:
Steel plate: 11 Nm
Stainless steel: 10 Nm
- Lock (after door opening direction has been changed)
Fasten lock casing on door panel (screw nut SW 27):
Steel plate: 6 Nm
Stainless steel: 10 Nm
Fasten locking bolt to lock casing (screw M6): 6 Nm
- Hinge (after door opening direction has been changed)
Fasten hinge bracket: 7 Nm
- Ground wire
Fix ground wire cable / band to ground wire bolt
Steel plate: 9 Nm
Stainless steel: 6 Nm
All technical data have been uniquely determined for products in Series 33.
