5. Operating the device

5.1 Inserting the battery, Setup
1. Insert 4x AA batteries or rechargeable batteries into the pan head and mount
or set up the pan head where desired.
NOTE
Make sure that your devices are held securely.
Only mount the device on a tripod that is designed for the weight and dimensions
of the device. See section 12.
When tightening the screw connection between the camera and the turntable, be
sure to hold on to the turntable and not the base. Otherwise you could damage
the gearbox.
For proper pans, you should always mount the camera directly on the pan head.
However, it is also possible to mount a tripod head on the pan head and then the
camera on the tripod head for various effects. For example, the camera can be
rotated mounted askew or horizontally.
5.2 Mounting the recording device:
Attach your recording device to the Turnaround 360 Advanced 3 turntable with
the 1/4 inch connection thread, for example a DSLR, mirrorless system camera,
compact camera, smartphone, action cam or any other camera.
ATTENTION
Mind the maximum load capacity of the turnaround head.
See section 12.
ATTENTION
Make sure that the tripod is standing firmly with the mounted device so that it will not
tip over or slip. Ensure the device and the equipment used are secure and stable.

Note that not every rotation can be achieved, as the pan head has a top speed of
one degree per 136 milliseconds. The device will not allow incompatible settings.

the desired degrees of panning by pressing the increase [1] or decrease button [2]
