Konfigurationschalter im Lesekopf
Im Lesekopf kann die Hard- und Softwarekon-
figuration des Lesekopfes verändert werden.
Die Änderung des Lesekopftyps, insoweit
möglich, erfolgt mit einem DIP-Schalter S1,
der sich im Lesekopf befindet. S1 ist ein DIP-
Schalter mit 4 Schalterstellungen. Um die
Schalter verstellen zu können muss der Ge-
häusedeckel abgenommen werden. Dazu
werden die 4 Schrauben an der Gehäuseun-
terseite gelöst. (siehe Bild 1)

Wichtig!
Wenn die Schaltereinstellung geändert wurde,

bitte unbedingt die Lesekopfbezeichnung auf dem
Typenschild entsprechend obiger Tabelle abän-
dern.
Beispiel:
- Codierung von Gray auf Binär geändert:
Bezeichnung WCS.-LS311 in WCS.-310 ändern
Ausgabe Vorwarnung bei Verschmutzung der Optik
beim Lesekopf mit SSI-Schnittstelle
Die Verschmutzungsvorwarnung wird im Bit 24
des SSI-Protokolls übertragen und kann entspre-
chend ausgewertet werden. Das Vorwarnbit ist
werkseitig immer eingeschaltet (Werksein-
stellung)

Hinweis:Die Einstellung der Verschmutzungsvor-
warnung ist nicht auf dem Typenschild des Lesekop-
fes vermerkt.
Configuration switches inside the reading head
The configuration of the reading head can be
changed , if possible, by DIL switch S1, which is
located inside the reading head . To change the
switches, the housing of the reading head must be
opened. Therefore screw up the four screws for the
housing. (see Fig 1)

If the configuration of the reading head was
changed , please change the type code on the
reading head label too.

- Encoding was changed from Gray- to binary
code:

Output of warning when optics are polluted at
reading head with SSI interface
The warning about polluted optics will transmitted
in bit 24 of the SSI protocol. The pollution bit is de-
fault enabled (factory default).
