Always ensure that a new, sharp blade is used. Blunt
blades lead to unsatisfactory results. Furthermore you
could cause smoke and overstress the machine.

Clean flange and blade before you assemble
the blade. Dirt leads to vibrations and rough running.

3.3 Restriction of use
The Stripe Cutter is designed exclusively for cutting stripes for PVC-
and Linoleum floor coverings in dry rooms. Any other or compre-
hensive usage is not according the defined application.
Wollf is not liable for any damage or loss caused by this.
3.4 Genuine Spare Parts and safety
Spare parts and accessories are designed especially for the Stripe
Cutter. We explicitly point out that other parts must not be used.
By using other parts the safety of the machine can be jeopardized.
This applies especially for the replacement blade of the machine.
Wolff is not liable for damage caused by not using genuine spare
parts.
4.0 Maintenance
The stripe cutter is nearly maintenance-free. The lubrication of the
bearings and gear box is sufficient for the life-span of the machine.
It is recommended to blow out the air-inlet and -outlet from time to
time. Otherwise the openings could clog and choke the machine.

This could overstress the machine.
The carbon brushes abrade to a length of about 6 mm. After that the
power gets automatically disconnected and the machine stops.
5.0 Use.
5.1 Switch-on/off
Switch-on: Start the machine by pushing switch A forward.
The switch aressts automatically. The machine keeps running
Switch off: Press the switch at the rear part (B).
The switch gets released and the machine is switched off.
adjust fence (1) to required stripe width
lock fence with thumb screw (2)
put machine on the material and switch it on
pull machine constantly along the material.
6.0 Replacement of blade
Remove the power supply before changing the blade! Unintended
starting of the machine may cause injury, e.g. of your hands.
6.1 Remove the blade
loosen the four screws (4) with hexagon socket key
remove cover
press spindle lock (3) and loosen the tension nut (5) with

two hole key; remove blade
6.2 Assemble the groove blade
put blade into the flange
Note: direction of flange thread counterclockwise
press spindle lock and fasten tension nut (clockwise)
assemble cover with the 4 screws and 4 washers.
