Warning!
•
Never use the appliance on pieces of clothing located on the body.
•
Do not point the stainless steel soleplate and steam nozzle at people or at objects on which the appliance is to be
used.
Setting the Temperature
Please determine the appropriate treatment for the respective textile (care label) before ironing. If the material is
sensitive, conduct a test ironing on a piece of the fabric not usually seen (for example, the inside of a seam).
Warning!
•
If you set the temperature to a lower setting while ironing, please wait to continue ironing until the indicator lights
light up.

Fill/Refill Water
Warning!
Before filling/refilling the water container, always unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
•
Set the steam regulator to the "no steam" position.
•
Set the device down horizontally.
•
Open the cover of the water filling opening and fill the water tank with clear, cold water. Depending upon the
respective level of water hardness, please used distilled water.
•
While filling, please be aware of the indicator for the maximum water filling level.
•
Close the cover of the water filling opening afterwards.
•
Remove any possible water remnants on the appliance with a cloth.
