Operation
The adapter is unidirectional. It cannot be used to convert a VGA signal to a Mini
DisplayPort signal.
Do not connect the adapter to other devices or adapters in series. Connect the
adapter directly to the Mini DisplayPort signal source.
• Ensure that all devices that are connected to the adapter are switched off.
• Connect the plug on the adapter to the Mini DisplayPort on your computer.
• Use a suitable cable to connect a VGA monitor to the VGA socket on the adapter.
• The display device must support the resolution of the playback device, otherwise the monitor
may not display an image, or the image may be distorted. If necessary, select a lower
resolution on your playback device or use a monitor/projector with a higher resolution.
• Turn on all devices that are connected to the adapter. The adapter is now ready to use and
the LED will turn on.
You do not need to install any drivers.
The adapter functions independently of the computer's operating system.
