Montážní návod
1. Odmontujte zadní sv tla, nárazník a jeho kovovou výztuhu – tu již nebudete pot ebovat. ě
2. K nosník m do p ipravených otvor namontujte p íložky pomocí ty šroub M12x120 spolu s podložkami ů ř ů
a maticemi M12-DIN – NEDOTAHOVAT !!! Následn namontujte profil U podle obrázku na spodní ást
p íložek na nosníku pomocí ty ř č ř šroub M10x25 spolu s podložkami a maticemi M10-DIN. ů
3. Hlavní nosník tažného za ízení namontujte na zadní elo do otvor po výztuze nárazníku pomocí šesti šroub ř
M8x30 (G10.9.) spolu s pružnými a velkoplošnými podložkami a ve spodní ásti sešroubujte s profily U ty mi
šrouby M10x25 spolu s podložkami a maticemi M10-DIN.
4. Nyní tažné za ízení vyrovnejte a dotáhn te dle utahovacích moment . ř ě
Zhotovte vý ez nárazníku dle p iložené šablony a vra te zp t všechny díly odmontované v bod ř ř
5. Při použití systému kulového čepu 6031 VTZ 003-351 se řiďte dle příručky č.17.006.050 výrobce .
Systémy jsou schváleny dle směrnice EC 94/20.
Instruction for Assembly
1. Dismantle the rear lights, bumper and its metal strut – this will not be needed anymore.
2. Mount plates by means of four screws M12x120 with washers and M12-DIN nuts to the girders into the prepared
holes – DO NOT TIGHTEN!!! Subsequently, mount the U-profile by means of four M10x25 screws with washers
and M10-DIN nuts onto the bottom part of plates on the girder according to the picture.
3. Mount the main girder of the towing device onto the rear part into the holes remained after the bumper strut by
means of six M8x30 (G10.9.) screws with elastic and large washers, and in the bottom part, screw it together
with U-profiles by means of four M10x25 screws with washers and M10-DIN nuts.
4. Now align and balance the towing device and tighten everything according to the tightening moments.
Make the bumper recess according to the supplied template, and put all parts dismantled under item 1 back
again.
5. When using the ball joint 6031 VTZ 003-351 Be sure to follow the manual č.17.006.050 manufacturer.
The systems are approved to Directive EC 94/20.
Montageanleitung
1. Hecklichter, Stoßstange und ihre Metallverstrebung - diese wird nicht mehr benötigt - ausbauen.
2. An die Träger in die vorbereiteten Öffnungen Anlegeplatten mit vier Schrauben M12x120, zusammen mit den
U-Scheiben und Muttern DIN M12 montieren - NICHT FESTZIEHEN!!! Nachfolgend das U-Profil an den unteren
Teil der Anlegeplatten am Träger mit vier Schrauben M10x25 zusammen mit den U-Scheiben und Muttern
M10- DIN montieren.
3. Den Hauptträger der Zugeinrichtung an die Heckwand in die Öffnungen nach der Stoßstangenverstrebung mit
sechs Schrauben M8x30 (G10.9.) zusammen mit den Federscheiben und großflächigen Scheiben montieren
und im unteren Bereich mit den U-Profilen mit vier Schrauben M10-25 zusammen und den U-Scheiben und
Muttern M10- DIN verschrauben.
4. Die Zugeinrichtung nun ausrichten und anschließend mit den entsprechenden Momenten anziehen.
In der Stoßstange einen Ausschnitt gemäß der mitgelieferten Schablone herstellen und alle im Punkt 1
ausgebauten Teile wieder einbauen.
5. Bei Verwendung der Kugelgelenk 6031 VTZ 003-351 Achten Sie darauf, das Handbuch č.17.006.050 Hersteller
folgen. Die Systeme sind auf die Richtlinie EC 94/20 genehmigt.
