ALWAYS ADHERE TO THE VEHICLE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS
DURING THE BLEEDING PROCESS!
1.
Fill fresh brake fluid into the tank. Make sure that you use the
correct brake fluid. Never mix different types of brake fluid.
2.
Firmly connect the brake fluid filling hose to the brake bleeder unit.
3.
Connect the EU adapter to the expansion tank for brake fluid.
Check the connections to make sure they are tightly fitted.
4.
Now connect the brake fluid filling hose to the EU adapter.
5.
Hook the collecting bottle onto the calliper and push the
bleed hose over the bleed screw (Fig. 3).
6.
Pull the handle on the brake bleeder unit up and down several times
to build up pressure. The pressure should not exceed 1.0–1.2 bar.
7.
Open the bleed screw and collect the used brake fluid. Always
make sure that there is sufficient brake fluid in the storage tank.
8.
Look out for air bubbles in the bleed hose! The brake on this wheel
has been bled once there are no more ascending bubbles.
9.
Close the bleed screw, disconnect the hose and remove any
leaked brake fluid.
10.
Then bleed the brakes on all the other wheels.
Check the pressure on the brake bleeder unit.
11.
Pressure can be reduced manually on the unit.
To do so, press the button (Fig. 4).
12.
IMPORTANT! Make sure you check the brake pressure before
operating the vehicle. Repeat the bleeding process if necessary.
