connecting cable does not exceed

The reader can be used remotely at a distance of max. 2000 m. We
recommend using a Cat 5 connecting cable.
If the reader is the last user on the RS-485 bus, a distributor with a 120 Ω
end-of-line resistor (from A to B) must be installed in front of the reader.
