10.0 Montage Gebläsegehäuse
Hinweis:
Ausschnitte für Krümmer und
Düsennadel herstellen.
Tip:
PT Schrauben (S1005) in die linke
Gehäusehälfte eindrehen, erst dann
Gehäusehälfte mit Gebläsehalter
(S1036) an den Motorbock
anschrauben, ausrichten und das
Gebläsegehäuse so justieren, daß
zwischen Oberkante Gebläserad und
Gebläsegehäuse ca. 1 mm Differenz
bleibt. Zur Optimierung der Kühlung
kann, je nach verwendetem Motor,
der stirnseitige Abstand zwischen
Zylinderkopf und Gebläsegehäuse mit
der Schottwand (S4838) verringert
werden.
Dazu kann das Teil passend
zugeschnitten werden.
Tip:
Erst nach Justage einer Seite vom
Gebläsegehäuse andere Seite
montieren.

10.0 Fitting the fan housing
Note:
remember to cut the openings for the
exhaust manifold and needle valve.
Tip:
Fit the self-tapping screws (S1005)
in the left hand housing shell before
screwing the shell and fan holder
(S1036) to the motor bracket. Align
the parts and adjust the fan housing
so that there is about 1 mm clearance
between the top edge of the fan and
the fan housing.
You may wish to reduce the distance
between the cylinder head and the
fan housing at the front by fitting the
bulkhead panel (S4838), in order
to optimise the effectiveness of the
cooling system.
Therefore cut the piece to fit.
Tip:
Do not fit the second fan housing
shell until you have completed the
adjustment of the first side.

10.0 Montage du carter de la turbine
À noter: réaliser les découpes pour le
coude-collecteur et le pointeau.
Un conseil:
Visser les vis (S1005) dans la moitié
gauche du carter et ensuite seulement
fixer le demi-carter avec support-
turbine (S1036) au support-moteur,
centrer et ajuster le carter de la
turbine de telle manière qu'il subsiste
une différence d'un mm environ entre
l'arête supérieure de la roue de la
turbine et le carter de la turbine. Pour
une optimisation du refroidissement,
il est possible, en fonction du moteur
utilisé, de diminuer la distance côté
face entre la tête de cylindre et le
carter du ventilateur à l'aide de la
cloison (S4838).
Pour ça découpez et ajustez la pièce.
Un conseil:
Ne monter le second côté du carter
que lorsque le premier côté est
parfaitement ajusté.
10.1 Verrière de cabine
Appliquer les autocollants de
décoration.
