4. DC Runner Controller
The included DC Runner Controller is switched between power supply and pump to adjust the output. The power
can be adjusted by pressing the +/- buttons, the level is displayed by LED. If you press the button „FEED", the
output will stop for 10 minutes.
There is an automatic shut off if there is no water for 2 minutes. Pull the plug and then re-insert it to take the
controller back into operation. Controller, plugs and sockets have to be kept dry.
0 - 10 V: The pumps must be operated with at least 60% power, otherwise damage will occur. Short pulse rates
are not possible due to the start-up delay on the pumps.

WiFi button (Fig. 4, No. 1): Turn pump on or off. WiFi mode.
LOCK/FEED (Fig. 4, No. 2): By pressing the button for 5 seconds, you can lock the keyboard. If you press the
LOCK/FEED button only briefly, a pause symbol (fish) lights up in the display. The pump stops and then starts
again after the displayed time has elapsed. If you want to start it earlier, press the LOCK/FEED button briefly
again.
Arrow keys (Fig. 4, No. 4): The power can be continuously adjusted between 30 and 100%.
0-10 V connection (Fig. 4, No. 6): If the plug of a 0-10 V control cable is plugged in there (item No. 100.302),
the controller switches automatically and the pump can be controlled via an external 0-10 V control unit.
5. Maintenance / Cleaning
From time to time, the pump needs to be cleaned. For cleaning, do the following: First of all, remove the bottom
plate. Then, turn the basket and take it off the pump. Now, the complete impeller can be taken out. It can be
cleaned under running water and then be re-assembled. When assembling, make sure that the ceramic shaft of
the impeller goes into the socket of the respective bearing.
