TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems
Navigation
The navigation wont start.
The device cant find your actual
position.
The route does not match the actual
mapped streets.
The navigation system does not
choose the shortest route.
The shown maps is empty.

The search for channels shows none.

Reasons
The software is not compatible with
our device.
The software has been installed
incorrectly.
The license of the software has expired.
The equivalent app has not be
standartized.
The GPS antenna has been installed
incorrectly.
The device cant find a GPS source in your
area.(tunnel, isolated road)
The navigation has to be updated.
The navigation considers multiple
factors like the consistency of the
streets,the local traffic rules, one-way
roads etc.
The display of the map may be set to a too
small or big size.
The GPS signal could be lost for a short
moment.
Maybe the PTY settings have been
set to a momentarily inaccessible
category.

Check the software compatibility
