The preset Outgoing messages cannot be deleted.

Menu/OK.
Select Answer only for the "answer-only
mode" or Answer&Record for the "answer
and record-mode"
and press Menu/OK.
Speak your message to the handset's micro-
phone and press
Menu/OK at the end of the recording
Press the Menu/OK key.
Select Answer Machine and press
Menu/OK.
Select Outgoing msg and press
Menu/OK.
Select Play message and press
Menu/OK.
Select Answer only for the "answer-only
mode" or Answer&Record for the "answer
and record-mode"
and press Menu/OK.
