CORRECT HANDLING OF THE BATTERY

Only charge your battery with the charger supplied. Under no circumstances use a charger from
another manufacturer.

It is best to charge your battery during the day and only in dry rooms that are equipped with a smoke or
fire detector, but not in your bedroom. Place or place the battery on a large non-flammable ceramic or

avoid electric shocks and short circuits.
Keep the battery and charger out of the reach of children. When charging the battery, please make

Charge the battery at around 20 degrees Celsius room temperature. Charging the battery at a
temperature below 0 degrees Celsius significantly extends the charging process. Avoid charging the
battery at temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius. Then leave the battery e.g. Warm up after a cold ride
before you start charging.
Use a dry or at most a slightly damp cloth to clean the battery case. Under no circumstances should
you direct the jet of a high-pressure cleaner at the battery.
Remove the battery if you are not going to use your scooter for a long time (e.g. in winter). Store the
battery in a dry room at temperatures between -10 and 35 degrees Celsius.
Check the charge status if the battery is not used for more than two months and recharge it from time
to time.
Make sure that the battery does not discharge completely (so-called deep discharge). The deep
discharge permanently damages the battery of your scooter.
If the battery or charger needs to be replaced, please only use original spare parts. However, if other
spare parts or accessories that do not match are used, there is an increased risk of damage and
malfunctions. In such a case, any warranty claim on the product expires.
