The SmartWasher is designed exclusively for removing

oil and grease from automotive and industrial parts, and
then remediating the residue. Any other use of this
system, such as dumping waste oil, is not recommended
and will cause damage to the system.
CRC Industries Europe cannot be responsible for any
damages resulting from improper, inappropriate or
unauthorized use.
In addition, while CRC Industries Europe has performed
multiple analyses of used OzzyMats
them to be non-hazardous, we strongly recommend that
local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and
handling be consulted before disposing or handling used
CRC Industries Europe products.
CRC Industries Europe accepts no responsibility or
liability for users' failure to comply with local regulations.

14.2. WARRANTY
CRC Industries Europe will replace, at no charge to the
original purchaser (end user), any part or parts found
to be defective in material or workmanship, when the
equipment is returned to our factory within 2 years
from date of purchase (invoice date). Transportation
charges to be paid by purchaser.
In the event of any modification to unit, misuse,
negligence, or accident, or the use in the SmartWasher
system of fluids or filters other than those specifically
authorized by CRC Industries Europe, the warranty
is void.
There is no other warranty expressed or implied. The
manufacturer shall in no event be liable for consequential
damages.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in
design or improvements to its product without imposing
any obligation on itself to install the same on its product
previously sold.
