BEFORE OPERATION

Read operating instructions prior to installation, use, repair, maintenance, assembly or replacement of accessories.
This device may only be used, installed or adjusted by qualified and trained personnel.
Prior to commissioning, please insert a few drops of compressed air oil – free of acid – into the air inlet of the device.
Before connecting the device, clean the couplers and hoses with a brief bit of free blowing. Please observe the recommended diameters of hoses and
couplers. NB: selected compressed air hoses are never too big, but they are often too small!
The machine works optimally with a working pressure of 6.3 bar at the air inlet. Higher pressure means greater wear and can cause damage to the device.
A drop in pressure to 5.5 bar means an extreme drop in performance; damage to the device is also possible.
A good air quality is necessary for each compressed air device. The air must be clean, dry and lubricated. The best solution is a complete service unit,
consisting of air filters, regulators and mist lubricators, which are installed a maximum of 8 m away from the device. The oiler should be set to 3-6 drops
per minute (sight glass). The length of the pipe between the tool and the maintenance unit should not exceed 8 m!
We recommend a central lubricator unit for optimal lubrication of the tools. Up to 80% oil can be saved.
If the tool should be inactive for an extended period, it must first be thoroughly oiled. So before use, please observe Points 3 and 4.
Do not ignore the safety guidelines.

ask your dealer for another copy.
Risk of explosions / fire: ensure that any sparks produced by the device, or an increased temperature thereof, is not likely to cause an explosion or fire.
Ensure that no projectiles may form during the use of the device; this can be dangerous, and result in injury.
Ensure that accessories are correctly installed, or it could result in projectiles.
Ensure that no dangerous circumstances for individuals may occur in the workplace.
Always wear protective glasses when using this device. The level of protection should be proportionate to the risk.
Keep fingers out of the range of installed accessories.
Never hold rotating axles, sockets, bits or accessories with your hands!
For impact wrenches and pulse screwdrivers: only use power sockets.
