CHANGE SPEED
Press the speed key "+" or "-" to increase or decrease the running speed during the exercise. Each increment will be
0'1km/h. The speed range is from 1km/h to 10km/h.
MACHINE STOP
Press the "START/STOP" key to stop the tape.
To activate the emergency stop, remove the locking key, the race strip will stop automatically and the system will shut
off automatically displaying "- - - - - -".
When you finish each exercise session and stop the machine, remove the locking key from the console.
PULSE SENSORS
The pulse sensors are located on the left and right handlebars. To detect the pulse grasp the sensors and keep them
pressed for 5 seconds, the display will show the heart rate during exercise.
The pulse window will show your current heart rate in beats per minute, ranging from 40 to 199.
NOTE: It won't work if only the pulse on one side of the handlebar is detected.
BLUETOOTH AUDIO SYSTEM
Connect the Bluetooth of your portable device, to connect select the name of the machine. RUNNING V3" When
playing audio by your device will be played through the speakers of your machine.
PROGRAM
There are 12 default programs to choose from and you can change the time.
The default programs each have a preset time of 30 minutes which is broken down into 20 segments.
1.
Press the PROG button until the desired program appears on the LED display.
2.
Select the time between 8 and 99 minutes using the "+" or "-" buttons.
3.
Press the START/STOP button to start or stop the tape.
