Wunderlich FLOWJET Anbauanleitung

1. Demontieren Sie die Originalverkleidungsschei-
be mit allen Anbauteilen (Bild A). K 1300 R:
Entfernen Sie auch die Lampenabdeckung (2 Schrau-
ben).
2. Entfernen Sie die vordere Torxschraube im Armaturen-
träger und setzen Sie hier die 11 mm Alu-Hülse ein (Bild
B).
3. Stecken Sie die Linsenkopfschraube M6x16 mit U-
Scheibe in die Hintere Bohrung im Halter und schieben
Sie von innen eine Plastikscheibe auf die Schraube (Bild
C).
4. Befestigen Sie den Halter hinten mit der Schraube
M6x16 und Mutter mit U-Scheibe von der Innenseite,
sowie vorne mit einer Schraube M6x20 und U-Scheibe
durch die Distanzhülse am Armaturenträger (Bild D).
5. Zur Minimierung der Eigenblendung, kleben Sie nun
einen passenden Streifen Moosgummi auf den Aus-
senrand der Scheinwerfer (Bild E) und auf die gegenü-
berliegende Innenseite des Windschildes (Bild F).
6. Stecken Sie jeweils eine Schraube M5 mit einer Kunst-
stoff-U-Scheibe von aussen auf einer Seite durch das
Windschild und schieben Sie von innen eine Gum-
mischeibe auf das Gewinde (Bild G).
7. Setzen Sie das Windschild am Halter an und befesti-
gen Sie es lose mit U-Scheibe und Mutter am Halter,
wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang auf der gegenüber-
liegenden Seite, richten Sie das Windschild in der liegenden Seite, richten Sie das Windschild in der
gewünschten Position aus und drehen Sie die gewünschten Position aus und drehen Sie die
Schrauben fest (Bild H + I).

Anbauanleitung
K 1200 R + K 1300 R "Flowjet" Windshield / Screen / Cupolino
Thank you for purchasing our product.
1 . Remove the existing shield together with all
hardware (Image A). K 1300 R: Also remove the
head lamp cover (two bolts).
2. Remove the front "Torx" screw from the instrument
carrier and place the 11 mm aluminum bushing in this
location (Image B).
3. Insert an M6x16 mm bolt with a washer into the rear
hole of the bracket and then place a plastic washer on
the bolt (Image C).
4. Attach the bracket at the rear position, with the 6x16mm
bolt, placing a metal washer and nut on the inside. At
the front position, use an M6x20 mm bolt through the
bushing previously placed in the instrument carrier
(Image D).
5. The foam tape is supplied to close the gap between
the headlight and FlowJet shield and to minimize glare.
Attach a strip to the top of the headlight and place a
strip directly opposite, on the back side of the FlowJet
(Images E+F).
6. Place an M5 mm bolt through each of the FlowJet's
mounting holes, with a plastic washer on the outside
and a rubber washer on the inside (Image G).
7. Place the FlowJet onto the brackets, with the bolts
through the holes in the brackets. Attach fl at washers
and nuts, loosely. Align and straighten the shield and
adjust to the desired position, then tighten all of the
fasteners evenly (Images H+I). fasteners evenly (Images H+I).

1. Rimuovere il cupolino esistente,compreso di
supporto (fi gura A). K 1300 R: rimuovere anche
la griglia originale del faro centrale (due bulloni).
2. Rimuovere il bullone Torx anteriore supporto strument-
azione, ed inserire il distanziale 11 mm nel relativo foro
(fi gura B).
3. Inserire un bullone M6x16 mm con rondella nel foro pos-
teriore del supporto, quindi posizionare una rondella sul
bullone (fi gura C).
4. Installare il supporto nella parte posteriore utilizzando il
bullone M6x16 mm, serrandolo con relativa rondella e
dado posto all'interno. Nella parte anteriore utilizzare il
bullone M6x20 mm inserendolo nel distanziale preceden-
temente posizionato nel supporto strumentazione (fi gura
D).
5. Il nastro di gomma è fornito per chiudere lo spazio fra il
faro centrale ed il cupolino Flow Jet e minimizzare il rif-
lesso del sole. Applicare il nastro al faro centrale e nella
parte inferiore del cupolino (fi gura E+F).
6. Posizionare i bulloni 5 mm, con rondella di plastica
all'esterno ed il gommino all'interno di ciascun foro del
cupolino (fi gura G).
7. Posizionare il cupolino sul supporto, inserire i bulloni nel
supporto e montare tutto con rondelle e dadi senza ser-
rare completamente. Registrare il cupolino nella posizione
desiderata e serrare defi nitivamente (fi gure H+I).
