protective equipment. When used by children the supervision by an adult is recommended.

This device is meant for using from persons at the age of 6 up.
Already small disbalances bring this board to roll and require a fast reaction. The rolling game with the balance demands children and adults. By
shifting the body weight up to a good balance, the board can be controlled easily. The practitioner learns to control his movements much more
finely. Can you achieve a unity with your Rola-Bola and then swing back and forth in a play?
Special feature:
As a characteristic feature this board it equipped by rubber end stoppers at the boards sides. The stoppers prevent uncontrollable slip off and
allow a smoother contact with the floor - there is no loud noise when using. Circumferential drill-holes allow uncomplicated attachment of Pedalo®
Textile- Powerband item no. 13030001 for additional strengthening exercises.
Tip for beginners: Try out the Balance Board firstly on a carpet or carpet tile, since in this case the motion will be slowed down.

Board 60x35x2 cm, edges and corners rounded, multiplex birch wood, surface in clear lacquer. Product weight: 4.8 kg The fine layering of the
multiplex board makes it very stable and resistant against bumps. Roll 10x35 cm in solid ash, safe rolling on anti-slip rubber rings. Benefits of the
roll: It can be used to smooth and sensitive soils. The board runs safely on the roll. Also the rubber rings little slow the movement what supports
beginners in doing initial exercises. For all those who love to exercise faster, the rubber rings are easily removed. But take care! –
When used without the rubber rings the grip between board and rollers is much minimized and the board therefore slips easily from the
roller or turns in all directions. A high degree of attention is required!
Assembly of the rubber stoppers:
There are two stoppers on each small side of the board. They are fixed in the
second hole from the corner. To this insert each one sleeve nut in the hole from the
top side of the board and bolt on tightly the rubber stopper from below.
