The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
A defective watch winder will be repaired free of charge during this time,
or the watch winder will be replaced by an equivalent model if a repair is
not possible, or if the model is no longer available in the current collection.
The warranty claim exists only given the corresponding certificate of
authenticity and an official statement from a Richtenburg® dealer. keep
both in a safe place.
All damages (e.g. violent impacts) caused by improper handling, as well
as defects that have been caused due to intervention by persons Richten-
burg® has not authorized, are excluded from this international warranty.
If you need spare parts or maintenance services for your watch winder that
are not covered by the terms of the warranty, please contact the official
Richtenburg® Service Center at www.richtenburg.ch. An estimate will be
sent to you in writing, which you will then confirm and pay before receipt
of the service.
