WARRANTY
Support mode:
Your product is guaranteed for 1 year.
For all request, contact the after-sales services: sav@aveine.paris
You will then be asked for the defective device in its original box and the original invoice
confirming payment for the device. We may ask you for photos of your device.
Defect upon unpacking:
If a defect preventing use of the device as expected is evident upon unpacking, please
contact after-sales service within 72 hours at: sav@aveine.paris

Warranty exclusions

Warranty exclusions related to the origin of the damage:
The warranty does not apply in case of accidental material damage, and in particular
does not cover deterioration and breakdown from:
- Improper installation (improper assembly) or improper use or maintenance of the
product
- Improper use of the equipment or not following the instructions in the user manual.
- Lightning, flooding, fire, surge, shock, poor ventilation, fall, light discolouration,
burning, moisture, excessive heating without humidifier, irregularity of the soil or
presence of insects.
- Repairs /handling of the equipment or opening thereof by a person not approved by
the manufacturer.
- Maintenance, repair or replacement of parts as a result of normal wear and tear or lack
of maintenance.
- Modification of the construction and the original characteristics of the guaranteed
product.
- Corrosion, oxidation, poor connection or an external power supply problem.
Warranty exclusions related to the nature of the damage (indirect damages):
The warranty covers only the right to repair or replacement of the guaranteed product.
As a result breakdown or deterioration are not covered by the warranty and include:
- Commissioning, adjustment and cleaning costs
- Damage of any kind resulting from the unavailability of the guaranteed product
during the period between deterioration or breakdown and repair or replacement of
the guaranteed product.
Other exclusions:
- Damages and breakdowns falling under the specific exclusions provided for by the
manufacturer's warranty of the guaranteed product, as mentioned in the instructions
for use of the product:
- Deteriorations in appearance;
- Guaranteed products that the customer is not able to return or those that are returned
without their accessories.
Important: Do not attempt to open the device or base, and do not remove any of the
protections attached to the device or base. Opening the device or base or removing
the covers may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty. Only AVEINE is
authorized to perform a repair.
Caution: Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment

Pour toute demande de prise en charge, prenez contact avec le SAV : sav@aveine.paris
Il vous sera alors demandé l'appareil défectueux dans sa boite d'origine et la facture
d'origine attestant du règlement de l'appareil. Nous pourrons être amenés à vous
demander des photos de votre appareil.
Défaut au déballage :
S'il apparaissait, au déballage de l'appareil, un vice empêchant l'utilisation du produit
dans sa configuration attendue, adressez-vous sous 72h ouvrées au SAV : sav@aveine.
