Opening the XCI adapter

In order to install the adapter and screw
it into place, you need to open the 2
covers: image [2].
 Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the
groove.
 Twist and/or lever the screwdriver un-
til the smaller cover (1.) opens.
 Open the larger cover (2.).
Closing
 Close the larger cover first, followed
by the smaller one.

Electrical connection

The XCI adapter is supplied with mains
voltage by the Miele Professional ma-
chine.
The XCI adapter does not have an addi-
tional On/Off switch.

Damage due to incorrect elec-
trical connection.
Excess current can damage the XCI
adapter.
The XCI adapter must not be con-
nected to an external voltage.
