Protective gloves should be worn and the edge protection (mat. no. 05057680) should be used.
Installing the laundry return feed on PRI 318, PRI 418 or PRI 421
A
Remove the service panels from both sides of the machine.
A
Remove the picker bar screws (1) on both sides of the machine; see Fig. 1.
A
Remove the picker bar.
A
Install the left and right swivel arms on the laundry return feed using 2 countersunk M6 x 16 screws and 2 M6 nuts
for each arm; see Fig. 2.
A
Install the laundry return feed on both sides of the machine with 2 screw fasteners (1) per side; see Fig. 3.
A
Secure each swivel arm with 2 bushings (1), 2 M8 x 25 bolts (4), 2 8.4 washers (3) and 2 M8 nuts (2) to the side
columns; see Fig. 4.

Insert the laundry pickers in the laundry return feed; see Fig. 5.
A
On each side of the machine, cut off the outside of the T-plate using an appropriate tool; see Fig. 6.
A
On each side of the machine, install the bearing (1) for the guide plate with 1 M6 x 12 screw (2) and 1 M6 x 20 screw
(3); see Fig. 7.
A
Install the provided hose pieces on the M6 x 20 screws (3); see Fig. 7.
A
Install the guide plate in the bearing; see Fig. 8.
