Cause
Temperature in the freezer is
below -15°C
Freezer bowl is not chilled
There is liquid moving
Opening is not upright
Too much time has past
between taking out and using
the freezer bowl
Ingredients too warm
Too much milk
Too much ingredients
Ice cream not creamy
Ice cream too soft
Room temperature too high
Motor unit is switched off
Motor unit blocks (too much
ingredients or frozen ice
cream on the wall of the
freezer bowl
Motor unit becomes warm
and automatically switches
off
Motor defect
Solution
Control freezer temperature
and set to colder setting
Pre-chill the freezer bowl
Pre-chill the freezer bowl
Turn the opening upright
Place into the freezer again
and take out only for
immediate use
Only use cold ingredients,
cool the ingredients before
using
Observe quantity
Do not use more than 600 ml
for all ingredients
Possibly stirring time too
short
Add a little bit gelatine (5g)
Operate the appliance in a
cool room and do not expose
to direct sunlight
Switch motor unit on
Evenly distribute the ice
cream with the spatula or
remove excess ice cream
Switch motor unit off, let it
cool down and switch it on
again
Have it repaired
