Vanilla Ice Cream
1 egg yolk
60 g sugar
150 ml milk
200 ml cream
a few drops of vanilla extract
Mix egg yolk and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture
becomes brightly-coloured. Stir in cream, vanilla extract and milk and mix all
ingredients well. The temperature of the ingredients has to be below 12 °C.
Yogurt/Cream yogurt
1 egg yolk
60 g sugar
100 ml cream
100 ml milk
150 ml cream yogurt with fruits
Mix egg yolk and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture
becomes brightly-coloured. Pour all ingredients in the bowl and mix well. You can
vary the flavour of the ice cream by using more or less yogurt.
Low fat curd ice cream
1 egg yolk
60 g sugar
200 g low fat curd cheese
a few drops of vanilla extract
200 ml cream
If you like, use 200 g vanilla yogurt instead of cream and vanilla extract
Mix egg yolk and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture
becomes brightly-coloured. Pour all ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
Garnish the soft ice cream with fruits, chocolate chips etc. If you like, mix your
own favourite ice cream creation by using a few drops of peach, orange, kiwi,
grape or pineapple juice.
