EC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

We, Koch Amps, The Netherlands, declare under our sole responsibility that the product:
THE GREG Guitar Amplifier
to which this declaration relates is in conformity with the following harmonized standards:
* EN 50081-1 (1991)
Part 1: residential, commercial and light industry;
* EN 50082-1 (1991)
Part 1: residential, domestic and light industrial environment;
* EN 60065-1 (1993)
Part 7: Heating under normal operating conditions;
* EN 60335-1 (1988)
Part 1: general requirements.
Following the provisions of Council Directive 98/336/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member
States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and the provisions of Council Directive 73/23/EEC on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to low voltage and electrical safety.

Koch Amps ("KOCH") undertakes the following war-
rantee obligations for the above mentioned pro-
duct.
If within 12 MONTHS after receipt of the product
by the purchaser manufacturing or material faults
are established - at our discretion - these afore-
mentioned faults shall be repaired free of charge
providing the below-mentioned conditions have
been complied with. We shall not be liable for more
or other than the aforesaid warranty obligations.
This warranty is only valid if the below-mentioned
conditions have been complied with:
1. You may only make claim to the aforesaid war-
rantee if you have submitted the Warranty
Registration Card, stamped and accompanied by
the name of the supplier and sales receipt.
2. This warranty expires if no date of purchase is
stated or the serial and/or model number do not
correspond to the product.
3. The warrantee obligation expires if the product
is used inexpertly or is not used in accordance with
the instructions for use; or if the product has been
damaged by alteration, modification, misuse, or ne-
glect; or if the product has been serviced by per-
sons not authorised by Koch Amps.

4. In the first instance the purchaser should direct
complaints, if any, to the supplier which has issued
this warranty.
5. In the event of repairs, the purchaser must
send the product together with the sales receipt
and this warranty provided with an explicit com-
plaint description to an Authorized Koch Dealer or
Koch Service Centre. Transportation costs are not
included in this warranty.
