Unplug the power cord before troubleshooting.

No blue light visible
No air flows out of the
outlet

Mains voltage is missing
The mains plug is not
inserted or the switch is in
the OFF position
UVC lamp defective
Air inlet obstructed
Foreign bodies in the fan
Fan defective

Remedy
Check the mains voltage
Check the supply line
Insert the mains plug into
the mains socket or set the
switch to ON
Replace the UVC lamp
Check the air intake on the
bottom of the device
Check the fan inlet on the
bottom of the device
