Maintenance

– Daily lubrication to the bearing is essential for extending its using life.
– After daily use, spray lubricant for 1 to 2 seconds by inserting lubricant nozzle all the way into drive air tube.
– If workload is heavy, lubrication should take place half way through the day and after daily use.
– Lubricate before autoclave.
Autoclave procedure
After every use, autoclave procedure should be taken as follows:
– Remove bur from hand-piece and clean hand-piece by scrubbing with a toothbrush and then use alcohol swab ball to clean hand-piece.
– Lubricate hand-piece.
– Place the hand-piece in an autoclaving pouch.
– Sterilize for 18 minutes at 134°C.

Storage and transportation

Environmental temperature: -40°C to +70°C. Relative humidity 10% to 80%.
The scope of air pressure: 50 kPa to 106 kPa.
