Sicherheitsvorkehrungen:

1. Installation, inspection and preparation before use
1 ) Operators must have received training in chain block's safe operation in advance, and know the rated load of chain block and the
weight of lifting heavy objects put into use.
2) All new and repaired chain block should be inspected by trained professionals before being put into use.
3) The design safety factor of chain block is 4 times the rated load under static load, and the bearing capacity of the support installed
with chain block must match this, and it must be firm and stable.
4) The safety factor of wire rope and chain for hanging and binding shall not be less than 6.
5) When the new hoist is used for the first time, it should be lifted and lowered several times during light load ( such as 10 % rated
load ) to check the brake performance of the hoist without slipping.
6) Each operator on duty must check the wear, damage, deformation and tightness of all parts of the suspension hoist before use, and
confirm that there are no defects affecting strength, performance and use.
7) Straighten out the lifting chain. The lifting chain must be suspended vertically and must not be twisted or knotted. The lower hook
assembly of the double-stranded chain block must not be overturned.
8) Before each use, it should rise or fall several times without load. All parts should work normally. The lifting chain should not have the
phenomenon of chain jamming or chain jumping, and there is no normal sound during the operation.
2. Safe operating rules in use
1 ) Lifting heavy objects shall not exceed the rated lifting weight of chain block, do not pull or pull heavy objects horizontally, and do not
pull or pull heavy objects buried underground or condensed on the ground.
2) The hook should be on the plumb line of the heavy object to prevent the heavy object from tilting and overturning.
3) It is strictly prohibited to kick back the lower hook to lift heavy objects on the lifting chain, and it is not allowed to hook heavy ob
jects with hook tips.
4) When operating, try to lift the weight first. When the weight is off the ground, if the weight works normally and the brake is reliable,
the lifting can be continued.
5) When lifting heavy objects, the operator shall not stand above the heavy objects, nor shall he stay in the air and leave the site after
lifting the heavy objects.
6) When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects.
7) Do not use non-manual driving to lift heavy objects.
8) During hoisting, when pulling the zipper strip, it is necessary to exert gentle and even force. When the zipper strip is not pulled or
the manual pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, it is not allowed to pull hard or increase personnel. It should be
stopped immediately and unloaded if necessary to check whether the heavy objects are involved with other objects, whether the
heavy objects exceed the rated lifting weight, whether the hoist parts are damaged, etc.
9) It is strictly prohibited to repair and disassemble the hoist under load. If the hoist in work fails, it must be unloaded before it can be
repaired.
10) The distance between lifting and lowering heavy objects shall not exceed the specified lifting height to prevent damage to parts.
11)It is strictly prohibited to lift heavy objects at the same time with two or more chain block.
Achtung:
The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any violation of the above usage rules
