- the power socket is designed to connect the appropriate equipment;
- the power cable does not interfere with hot parts of the equipment.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Connect the power. Turn the temperature controller in a clockwise direction to set the
desired temperature.
Choose the surface temperature based on the batter features.
The first pancake should be made with a little bit more vegetable oil or animal fat. This
will lubricate the entire work surface and help to save on oil or fat consumption for further
baking.
Always monitor the cooking process to gain the best results.
When the set temperature is reached, the thermostat will automatically turn off and on the
power supply, thereby keeping the temperature.
When you have finished, turn the temperature controller to the minimum value and
disconnect the equipment from the power supply.
Tip: after each use or at the end of the work shift, firstly, clean the equipment, and then,
slightly grease the working surface of the pancake maker with purified oil or animal fat. This
will significantly increase the service life and retain its antiadhesiveness.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Turn off the equipment and let it cool down.
Disconnect the equipment from the power supply.
To clean it, use a soft rag or napkin.
Never wash the equipment under running water!
Never use abrasive materials or aggressive chemicals for cleaning!
All accessories must be washed manually and wiped completely dry.
If the equipment has not been used for a long time, make sure that you have removed all
the dust and dirt from the surface before switching on. It is desirable to carry out the annealing
procedure, as before the first start.
