Problem
The electrode is tou-
ching your skin, but the
measurement does not
start.
The measurements are no
longer displayed in the
devices memory.
When starting the pro-
gramme, the message
"Verification error" is
displayed.
The Bluetooth connection
®
has failed.
The device ID is not
shown in the field of the
settings function of the
"beurer CardioExpert" PC
software.
Possible cause
Insufficient pressure.
The memory capacity of
36 measurements has
been reached. As a result,
old data records are re-
placed with new ones.
The device is not con-
nected to a PC or the
"beurer CardioExpert" did
not install correctly.
Fundamental communi-
cation problem between
the device and the smart-
phone.
Problems when transfer-
ring data for the first time.

Solution
Press the lower electrode
until you hear or feel a click.
Download data to your com-
puter on a regular basis to
save them.
Make sure the ME 90 is con-
nected to your computer and
restart the programme.
Switch off the device, the
"beurer CardioExpert" app,
and the Bluetooth
®
on your device. Next, follow
the instructions for "transfer
via Bluetooth " to re-estab-
®
lish the connection.
If the device is successfully
recognised, an empty field is
displayed. Click the empty
field to connect the device
to the app manually and to
display the device ID.
