Set Up a Static IP Address
1. If you have an IP address to use,
press 5 in the Adv Setting menu.
2. Press to access the menu.
3. Press again to activate Static IP.
4. Select IP Address (Press 2).
5. Press to configure the new IP
address. Use PHONEBOOK to
clear the default setting (0.0.0.0)
and enter the new IP address and
press again. (Use the asterix key [*] to enter a period.)
6. Scroll down and set up the
Gateway IP address, Subnet Mask
and 1st and 2nd DNS servers (if
you have information about only
one DNS server, set up the 1st DNS only).
Enter the information exactly as provided by your ISP.
You have finished setting up your network connection. Now go to
Your Voice Account (15).
