4.2 Product loading and operation
NOTE. Products to be processed are gradually loaded
into the potato peeler through the top cover when the
motor is off. 5 kg of potatoes can be peeled in 1 minute.
Follow the procedure below:
1. Make sure the discharge door is safely locked and
load the product through the top cover;
2. Make sure that the machine is properly filled (not
overloaded) and that the product level does not exceed
the abrasive strip inside the machine;
3. Close the top cover;
4. Open the tap on the hopper to let the water in;

1. Set the desirable duration of operation using the
timer (the maximum duration does not exceed 5 minutes);
2. Press the "START" button to start the machine;
3. If the machine is equipped with a stand with a filter screen, regularly remove dirt from the
tray to avoid water spillage.
Unloading the processed product:
1. Close the water tap and put a large con-
tainer near the discharge door for the pro-
cessed product;
2. To unload the product, open the "OUT"
door with your right hand. At this time, sim-
ultaneously press the "OUT" and "START"
buttons; unloading processed product will
start centrifugally;
3. After unloading the product, the machine
will stop, the buttons will turn off, and the
door will be unlocked;
NOTE. Make sure the machine is not idling.

5. DAILY CLEANING

ATTENTION! You should not put your hands inside the machine during operation.
Before beginning any maintenance and cleaning work, turn the machine off using the electric
switch and unplugging the machine electric cable from the electrical power outlet.
