There are 3 programmes available for cooking and
browning meat or poultry.
Use fresh goods where possible. Frozen food must
first be completely defrosted.
Weigh the food. You will need this information in order
to set the programme.
Meat loaf should be no higher than 7 cm before
cooking.
Pork joints should first be placed in the dish fatty side
down, and poultry breast down.
The P 09 pork joint programme is not suitable for
full size joints.
Cook the food in an appropriately sized, heat
resistant, microwaveable dish. Use as shallow a
dish as possible for meat loaf.
Pork joints and meat loaf should be left to stand for
approximately 5 10 minutes after the programme has
ended to allow the temperature to stabilise.
Poultry can be served straight away.
