AHCI mode is not supported under Windows
Using SATA / SATAII HDDs without NCQ function (IDE mode)
STEP 1: Set up BIOS.
A. Enter BIOS SETUP UTILITY
B. Set the option "SATA Operation Mode" to [IDE].
