Place crossbar foot over fixed-point mount.
Ensure the fixed-point covers sit vertically
in the recess in the pads.
Place washer over clamp thread as shown.
Ensure that tab is inserted into clamp
block.
Tighten the plastic knob. The side with the
nut showing should be facing up.
