Only mount the mounting bracket

for proximity switches on a fully
assembled valve body!
1. Move the actuator to the open position.
2. Remove cap and optical position
indicator (if existing).
3. Screw operating spindle 2 onto actuator
spindle B.
4. Screw guide piece 1 into actuator top.
If an O-ring 20 is included (optional,
dependent on valve type), insert it into
guide piece 1.
5. Screw nuts 3 to operating spindle 2.
Setting the seal adjuster
(seal adjuster serves to improve diaphragm
life)
1. Move the actuator to the closed position.
2. Screw one of the nuts 3 on operating
spindle 2 towards guide piece 1 hand
tight and tighten it another half turn.
Secure with second nut 3.
3. Insert O-ring 4 into lower part of
spacer 5.
4. Screw spacer 5 onto guide piece 1.
5. Screw operating spindle 6 onto operating
spindle 2.
6. Insert O-ring 8 into guide piece 7. Screw
guide piece 7 into spacer 5.
7. Put bracket 9 onto guide piece 7 and fix
with nut 10.
8. Mount the cams 11 to operating
spindle 6.
