Intended Use - Knick Stratos Eco 2405 pH Kurzübersicht

WARNING!
These short instructions are intended for commissioning
the Stratos Eco 2405 pH transmitters. They are intended for
experienced users and do not replace the instruction manual
(on included CD-ROM or at www.knick.de).
The shipment includes a special document with safety
information.
The Stratos Eco 2405 pH is used for pH/mV, ORP, and temperature
measurement in industry, environment, food processing, and sewage
treatment.
The sturdy molded enclosure can be fi xed into a control panel or
mounted on a wall or at a post.
The protective hood provides additional protection against direct
weather exposure and mechanical damage.
The device has been designed for application with commercially
available sensors with a nominal zero point at pH 7. It provides
two current outputs (for transmission of measured value and tem-
perature, for example), two contacts, and a universal power supply
24 ... 230 V AC/DC, AC: 45 ... 65 Hz.
Terminals:
Screw terminal, suitable for single wires / fl exible leads up to 2.5 mm
(AWG 14).
Recommended torque for the terminal screws: 0.5...0.6 Nm.
Caution!
Additional safety precautions have to be taken for operation in
hazardous locations according to CSA (CLI, DIV2, GPA,B,C,D T4,
Ex nA IIC T4) (see special document)!
