INSTALLATION OF MONITOR STAND

CAUTION Turn off the power switch and unplug the monitor before installation to avoid
electric shock.
Be careful not to get your fingers caught in the opening located at the point where
the base is pivoted. This opening can be clearly visible while the monitor is placed
face down, and where the base moves vertically.
Install the stand on a stable surface. The monitor may cause injury or damage if it
falls or is dropped.
NOTE When the new Monitor Stand is installed, the monitor will be 4.5cm higher than if
attached to a standard stand.

Ensure that the monitor is switched off.
B Carefully turn the monitor on its side or upside down.
C Locate the cavities at the bottom front of the monitor.
D Insert the pegs on the stand into these cavities. Push the stand forward until the stand
locks in place.
E To remove the stand, hold the bottom of the stand, then push it out.
