Istruzioni per il montaggio e
manutenzione
Generalità
Le parti superiori sostitutive JRG Code 1045/1048 possono
essere utilizzate solo per le valvole di sicurezza JRG. Sono tarate
stabilmente in fabbrica alla pressione d'intervento e non devono
essere modificate.
La pressione d'intervento tarata è indicata sulla targhetta
d'identificazione del dado montante (1).
Non deve essere effettuata nessuna riparazione sulle parti
superiori della JRGARANT.
Sostituzione della parte superiore
Chiudere l'impianto e svuotarlo fino all'altezza della valvola di
sicurezza. Allentare e smontare la parte superiore esistente me-
diante una chiave fissa, una chiave inglese o una chiave per dadi.
Misure della chiave (SW) sulla parte superiore
Valvola di sicurezza ½" + ¾"
Valvola di sicurezza 1"
La tenuta del corpo della valvola (3) è assicurata da un O-ring.
Fate attenzione che entrambi gli O-ring (4 + 5) siano montati
sulla parte superiore sostitutiva (vedi fig. 2a + 2b) e che il filetto
della parte superiore, come pure i punti di tenuta degli O-ring
siano puliti e lucidi nel corpo valvola (3).
Prima di inserire la parte superiore sostitutiva (2) JRG Code
1045/1048, riscacquare a fondo la tubazione di collegamento.
Inserire la parte superiore sostitutiva e serrare a fondo normal-
mente con la chiave.
Chiudere il rubinetto di scarico dell'impianto. Riempire e
rimettere in funzione l'impianto aprendo lentamente il rubinetto
d'arresto.
Controllo funzionale
Girando il dado montante (1) nel senso della freccia, si può
controllare il funzionamento della valvola di sicurezza.
Contemporaneamente bisogna controllare che nella linea ci
sia un'adeguata capacità di scarico.
Controllo funzionale periodico
Il controllo funzionale previsto deve essere eseguito due volte
all'anno dal gestore dell'impianto. Si deve riscacquare la valvola
per 5–10 secondi.
Guasti di funzionamento
In caso di guasti di funzionamento, rivolgetevi al vostro installa-
tore di impianti sanitari.
Le istruzioni per il montaggio e la manutenzione devono essere
consegnate al proprietario della casa o al gestore dell'impianto.

Installation and servicing instructions
General
The upper part replacement JRG Code 1045/1048 may only be
used for Safety Valve JRG.
From the factory it is firmly set for an initial threshold pressure
and may not be altered.
The assigned threshold pressure is given on the designation
plate of the air-vent nut (1).
No repairs can be performed on a JRGARANT upper part.
Changing the upper part
Close off the installation and empty, up to the level of the safety
valve. Loosen installed upper part with a fixed, adjustable-, or
screw wrench and remove.

The valve casing (3) is sealed with an O-Ring. Take care that
both O-Rings (4 + 5) are mounted on the upper part replacement
(s. fig. 2a + 2b) and that the thread on the upper part as well as
the sealing area adjacent to the O-ring on the valve casing (3) is
shiny metal and clean.
The connecting pipes should be thoroughly flushed through be-
fore fitting the replacement upper part (2) JRG Code 1045/1048.
Fit the upper part and without forcing, tighten by normal hand
strength using the wrench.
Close the drain valve of the application. Fill the application
device by opening the shut off valve slowly and start it.
Functionality test
The functionality of the safety valve can be checked by turning
the air-vent nut (1) in the direction of the arrow. In the same
stroke, the drainage pipe is to be checked for drainage
performance.
Periodic Functionality Check
The obligatory functionality check is to be made twice a year by
the user of the installation. On this occasion the valve must be
flushed through for 5–10 seconds.
Operating disturbances
In case of operating disturbances consult your plumber.
The installation- and servicing instructions are to be handed
over to the house owner or the user of the installation.
